The Hippo
The Hippo is a papier-mache home decoration from the 1960’s or 70’s. He began life in Florida, but spent most of the ‘80s and ‘90s in southern Michigan and northern Indiana. He currently resides in Portland, OR. The Hippo provides ambiance and emotional support for visiting musicians and other guests to the studio. Carey doesn’t like The Hippo.
